E. Physical products from the shop

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help. Because crystals are natural products, colour, size and pattern can vary slightly from the pictures. Delivery and exchanges are covered in our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

If we cancel

We may decline or cancel an order or booking where necessary, and will refund any payment taken for it.
