Readings offer reflection, insight and guidance. Healing sessions offer complementary spiritual and wellbeing practices. Every person’s experience is different, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

4. Bookings and orders

Bookings are confirmed after we contact you. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change. We may decline or cancel an order or booking where necessary, and will refund any payment taken for it.

5. Courses, workshops and retreats

Details such as dates, format (online or in-person), location and fees are shared when you enquire or book. Retreat dates, locations and availability are shared directly.

6. Shop and products

Crystals are natural products, so colour, size and pattern can vary slightly from the pictures. Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Exchange Policy.

7. Payments

Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. The options currently offered at checkout are Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and PayPal. We do not store your full card details on this website.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
